By accessing or using Jiwika("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Nature of Service & No Government Affiliation

Jiwika is an independent news aggregation and career alert portal providing educational information on public and private job openings across India. Jiwika is NOT an official recruitment board, government agency, or public recruiting authority.

We curate job vacancies from published employment news, official press releases, and public gazettes. We do not issue admit cards, conduct examinations, or charge application fees on behalf of government boards.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or launch automated requests against our servers.
• Jiwika reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety or engage in fraudulent actions.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Jiwika provides both free listings and optional PRO subscription tiers for automated qualification-matched email alerts and priority WhatsApp alerts.

• Payments made via UPI to our verified UPI ID (7002912540@ibl) are reviewed manually by administrative staff using your submitted UTR reference number.
• Subscribers receive access to priority email dispatch as described on our Pricing page.
• Due to the immediate digital nature of alert services, subscription fees are non-refundable once approved and activated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All materials and job summaries are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure vacancy details (salary, eligibility, last date) are correct at the time of publication, recruitment authorities may change dates or criteria without notice.

Candidates must independently verify all recruitment guidelines, eligibility requirements, and fees through the official recruitment notification PDF before submitting applications or paying any examination fee.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Jiwika after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
